Method

    Combine chicken with yoghurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. ⏱ 30m

    Heat grill or oven to high. Thread chicken onto skewers or spread on a baking tray. Grill until charred and cooked through. ⏱ 12m

    In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft and golden. ⏱ 8m

    Add the spice mix and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant. ⏱ 30s

    Add chopped tomatoes, bring to a simmer. Cook until sauce thickens. ⏱ 10m
