Method
- 1 Combine chicken with yoghurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. ⏱ 30mUses: chicken breast, yoghurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder, Salt to taste
- 2 Heat grill or oven to high. Thread chicken onto skewers or spread on a baking tray. Grill until charred and cooked through. ⏱ 12mTarget: grill 250°C, chicken internal 74°C
- 3 In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft and golden. ⏱ 8mUses: vegetable oil, large onion

- 5 Add the spice mix and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant. ⏱ 30sUses: ground cumin, paprika, garam masala, ground coriander
- 6 Add chopped tomatoes, bring to a simmer. Cook until sauce thickens. ⏱ 10mUses: chopped tomatoes
- 7 Stir in cream and the grilled chicken pieces. Simmer gently. ⏱ 5mUses: cream
